For Asrin Property Developers, their road to success started when Ishmail Essa founded the company in 1993.

Asrin operates nationally and has four arms to the business: Property development, marketing & sales, construction and mortgage origination. The company focuses on optimum design and taking decisive action with no compromise on quality.

They started with just one semi-detached residential unit in Athlone. The size of the company literally doubled when two units were completed and subsequently progressed to four units. Rate of growth surpassed even Ishmael's expectations and today the company is one of the foremost property developers in the Western Cape with a bright future to look forward to.

Nuvision's Pieter Rossouw was invited to the launch of Asrin's Melkbosch Village and met Asrin member, Shiraz Onia, a great rugby fan. One thing lead to another and Nuvision was given the opportunity to quote on some of their developments and so began a proud association with Asrin.
